How to Back Up AvoBase DataBases

AvoBase can be easily backed up by zipping the entire AvoBase directory into a ZIP file.

1. Open your Windows Explorer, and navigate to C:\AvoBase
2. Right click on the C:\AvoBase directory and select Send To -> Zip File.

Note: If you using Windows XP, the avobase.zip file will end up in your C:\ directory. If you are using Windows VISTA and do not have Administrative rights, the file will end up on your desktop.

Restore AvoBase by unzipping the files back into the AvoBase directory.

1. Open the avobase.zip file, and copy all contents to c:\avobase, over-writing all files.
